Dominic Lajoie: Thank you, Stéphan. I accepted this position because I saw an exceptional opportunity with Victrix to support a growing company with well-defined ambitions. What particularly attracted me was the possibility of bringing my experience in digital transformation and growth management. I am convinced that my skills in structuring and implementing processes can effectively support Victrix's goals.
