Victrix enters a new milestone in its evolution with the appointment of Dominic Lajoie as CEO. With a rich background in consulting and the technology industry, Dominic embodies the acceleration that Victrix intends to bring to its future.
Dominic has worked in companies similar to Victrix and then with a major software publisher in the field of artificial intelligence, where he perfected best practices in the IT sector. With 30 years of professional experience, he has also worked internationally with European and American clients, giving him the agility and adaptability that is essential today. Dominic returns to the consulting world with a clear vision: to build on Victrix's excellence and growth momentum.
"What motivates me is building and optimizing. I like to take on challenges, bring in new energy and optimize what can be optimized. Victrix has a strong DNA, a unique proximity to its customers and partners, and immense additional potential. With a clear vision for 2030, Victrix will continue to grow by strengthening its comprehensive offering - from strategic IT consulting to managed services, including the management of complex projects - while maintaining the partnership with its customers that has always been Victrix's strength and reputation.
The cybersecurity offering will be strengthened and expanded, and new offerings such as ServiceNow will be added to the portfolio. Strengthening our project delivery capabilities and expanding into the Ontario and Western Canadian markets will be key drivers of this acceleration.
